enjoyable stay with family

attentive staffamazing hospitalitylimited availability
the staff were very attentive. the guess relation agent was very helpful. i really appreciated the amazing hospitality and would definitely come back. the hotel itself was very clean.
the main pool was busy though other pools were quieter. i found the table tennis availability to be somewhat limited. the private beach access was a plus, but could have been better maintained.

I stayed in a beautiful double or twin room sea view. the room service was very good. the entertainment team was amazing. I enjoyed the shows. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful TOO.
the wi-fi was a little slow sometimes.

the hotel had many pools and activities suitable for all ages i found the rooms clean and spacious with comfortable beds the hotel staff maintained the outdoor areas daily the grounds staff trimmed shrubbery and cleaned pools i saw them painting too there were nice touches to the room as well
i found that sometimes waiting for the lifts took a long time as only one served the pool area

the hotel is situated near many shops like sultan bizarre and antalium premium mall some shopkeepers were pushy to the point of discomfort this is something to consider if you plan to venture outside the resort

the staff worked tirelessly and guest relations were very good however some reception staff had limited english this made communication challenging and sometimes difficult for specific requests

the resort provided many options for relaxation the spa offered a variety of treatments though costs were high with few offers the mini golf bowling and ps5 options added entertainment however indoor activities were limited on rainy days

The resort had lots of options for drinks. It also had varied food. There were plenty of sunbeds by several pools. The beach also had sunbeds.
The room was full of cigarette smoke because of a neighbor. Staff said there were smoke detectors. They clearly did not work. The receptionist was audacious and just shushed at me.
